Sierra Custom Infrared Sauna

Atlas is the modern style with vertical cedar slats and VantaWave panels behind them; Sierra is the classic exposed-panel and window-pane cedar arrangement. Both are fully custom projects with VantaWave® heaters, our in-house CORE 5 power systems, and app control — footprint and bench capacity follow your space and layout, not the model name. Your approved project drawing controls what gets built.

The Sierra™ is fully custom — there is no fixed size. The classic window-pane design scales from intimate rooms to larger multi-person layouts, with capacity set by usable bench length and sitting versus reclining use. The Sierra planning default is 84 inches finished interior; your approved project drawing controls the delivered height. Just tell us your dimensions and we'll take it from there.

Electrical is project-specified — there is no universal breaker size for the Sierra name. Your proposal and electrical plans define the dedicated circuit(s) your electrician runs before delivery. You will need a licensed electrician for the final connection.

Most Sierra builds ship within 7–11 weeks of final design approval. Lead time varies slightly by size and customization. Shipping is a flat $999 per order, added automatically. Wood ships curbside via freight; remaining components arrive by courier to your door — you'll receive tracking information, and the carrier will call two days before delivery to schedule your drop-off window.

Clear-grade Western Red Canadian Cedar, kiln-dried. No veneers or plywood — solid cedar that naturally resists bacteria, mold, and warping. Every board is hand-selected for color and grain consistency.

We don't provide direct installation services, but every Sierra ships with detailed assembly instructions and full electrical drawings. Most customers use a general contractor or competent DIYer. For questions, use Owly in the customer portal first; unresolved issues go to service@saunacloud.com. Phone messages receive an email response.

Most sauna companies buy generic power supplies and control boards from overseas — and that's where most failures start. At SaunaCloud, we design and manufacture our own CORE 5 power supplies, PCBs, and Wi-Fi-enabled control systems. Vertical integration gives us direct control over reliability, consistency, and precision.

All powered equipment produces electric and magnetic fields. The VantaWave® system is engineered for low magnetic-field output through its wiring, grounding, shielding, and CORE 5 power delivery. Average output is about 0.20mG in the measured system scope — test scopes, meters, and distances vary, so we don't present one number as every build's result.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty defines residential product lifetime as 7 years from final delivery: heaters are covered for 7 years, power, controls, and junction boxes for 3 years, and lights, speakers, and covered accessories for 1 year. The complimentary red light system is included at no additional charge and is not covered. Wood, labor, diagnosis, electrician costs, and replacement-part freight are also not covered. Commercial installations have 1-year covered-parts coverage.

VantaWave® is our proprietary carbon-crystal blend heater panel that covers the full wall of the sauna — not just a small section like most manufacturers. This produces more even far infrared heat at heater-surface temperatures up to 190°F under test conditions; room air varies by project.
